Our Phlebologists
The Hogue Vein Institute has three experienced vein specialist providers on its medical staff. We are pleased to have Dr. Carl Dando, MD, RVT, RPVI serve as our HVI Medical Director. Each of our Phlebologists are Board Certified with the American Board of Phlebology, as well as ARDMS certified as RVTs (Registered Vascular Technologists). The Hogue Vein Institute is the largest and most experienced vein specialty clinic in Minnesota and North Dakota, with over 5,000 endovenous laser ablation procedures performed by our Phlebologists. Our physicians are among an elite group of Phlebologists in the U.S. to hold these credentials.
